Whatever your fitness level, there is so much to enjoy. My passion is to help those seeking to live a stronger, firmer and healthier life. We will incorporate various strength training exercises/equipment to include dumb-bells, barbell, kettlebells, boxes, weight machines, body weight and boxing drills., you will not only look better but you will also feel better about yourself. It’s never too late to get started!
Rates: Rates are per hour/session with discounts offered on 12 session advance purchase. We offer the first visit as a complimentary session so you can get to know your Personal Trainer, and we can learn about your needs and goals.
